Your system is manufactured to take into account the specifics of your building and roof. Once it has been installed over your existing roof, the result is a four-ply membrane that is watertight, weather-proof and worry free. It stands up to Florida’s extreme climate; has been proven to handle hurricane-force winds; resists punctures from dropping tree branches or flying debris; and won’t dent in hail. All of this strength eliminates the possibility of cracks, which are the source of leaks in so many commercial roofs.

How we salvage the roof you have

1. The preparation for reinforced ply systems is specific. We power wash to remove dirt, rust, oil, and debris.
2. An acrylic base coat is sprayed, brushed or rolled on. It is engineered to adhere and bond with a clean surface.
3. Next, the fabric ply is laid. This is the part of the process that seals any cracks and the seams on your existing roof surface. The base coat and the fabric are also engineered to bond tightly.
4. So, we put a second layer of base coat on the top side of the fabric.
5. The fourth and final layer is the reflective top coat that completes reinforced ply systems.
